I am really happy, 1.7 kilos in 6 days in week 1. It is easy to maintain, I can eat a lot and I can eat bread and pasta. I am curious for week 2 tomorrow!

I am starting week 5 today. I am so pleased because when I started, I weighed in at 83 kilos (I was really unhappy and never wanted to go above 80 kilos) and this morning, after 4 weeks of following your menus, I weigh 78.4 kilos. I disq every day and do Pilates 1x a week. It is very varied food which is easy to maintain. It is not about being on a diet but about eating healthy food!! I recommend it! It works for me.

A nice way to be in a healthy and conscious manner with your food. It is very doable to maintain, nice variation of food, you do not feel hungry, and it is easy to prepare. My husband and 2-year-old child can easily eat with me and for them I would alternate between pasta, rice, and potatoes with it. So, I did not have to cook twice! Currently, I am 12 weeks in and 10 kilos lighter! I would recommend this to everyone. Thank you!

For years, I have struggled with being overweight. As a child, I was at a healthy weight but once I went to university, I gained weight at a fast pace. I had attempted to lose weight, but nothing seemed to work in the long run. Low carbohydrates, shakes or simply eating very little calories; I have tried everything. Usually I would lose a few kilos, but in the end, I would always end up heavier than I was before. I reached a turning point when I was not only overweight but was increasingly suffering from stress and anxiety. Once I started to delve into nutrition, I finally understood what I have been doing wrong in the past. I found out that I was eating too little (and eating wrong) during the day which meant that I was not getting enough nutrients.
Due to these mistakes, my hormones had become completely disrupted which made losing weight impossible. I was eating the wrong ratios between carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. By changing my eating patterns, my hormones improved which made my body healthier and losing weight a lot easier.
My own experiences led me to start 1BALANCE, a practice for women who really want to lose weight in a healthy way. Alongside with my colleague Eva, I have been able to help many women (and their families) to reach their goal in a healthy way!
